Serena Williams advanced to her seventh Australian Open final on Thursday, upon defeating #4 Agnieszka Radwanska in two quick sets 6:0, 6:4. She will take on Germany’s Angelique Kerber in the finals – Kerber defeated Johanna Konta in the semifinals, whom had defeated Venus Williams in the first round.
Serena is looking to win her seventh Australian Open title. More importantly, she is looking to claim her 22nd grand slam singles title, which would tie her with Steffi Graf.
Serena and Kerber have played one another six previous times, with Serena leading their head-to-head 5-1. Serena has won their last four meetings.
